Tim Hartsell

Tim serves as Senior Vice President of Sales & Technical Services for the FiberForce™ sales force, supervising the company’s Technical Sales Managers and working with national accounts to ensure that the company and his team deliver on the value-added guarantee. Tim has deep roots in the ready mix industry and enjoys helping his customers value-engineer the concrete projects that are candidates for fiber reinforced concrete (FRC). He has a passion for using his experience and expertise to show how FRC can be utilized effectively in a wide variety of applications. He launched his business career in 1994 with a major ready-mix producer and learned all facets of the ready-mix business, initially working in the operations side of the business serving as Plant Operator and Operations Manager before moving into sales as Sales Manager. In 2008, Tim accepted a position with Fibermesh (now Propex Concrete Systems) where he served as a Territory Sales Manager before and later served as Propex’s Western Regional Manager and Technical Sales Manager. Tim currently serves on the Oregon American Concrete Institute (OACI) and the OACI Excellence in Concrete Boards of Directors. He is actively involved in the industry in his home state, where he is a member of the Oregon Concrete and Aggregate Producers Association (OCAPA) Board of Technology and serves as Vice Chair of the Promotion Committee.
