Maria Magdalena Dwitha Wedastyasih

Maria Magdalena Dwitha Wedastyasih, CHRP, has extensive experience in human resources, legal affairs, and general administration. Currently serving as the Head of HR, GA & Legal at PT. ABC President Indonesia since October 2016, Maria manages key HR functions while overseeing the Legal department and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Previously held the position of HR & GA Manager at the same company, directing human resource operations from May 2012 to October 2016. Prior roles include HR & IR at PT MAC Sarana Djaya, Legal & Industrial Relation at Kompas Gramedia Group of Printing, HR & Legal Staff at PT Artha Sarana Prima, and General Affairs Staff at Paxar. Throughout a career that began with an Associates role at a law firm, Maria has demonstrated a strong capability in managing legal compliance and human resource functions, supported by a Bachelor of Law in Economics and Business Law from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
