Katie Johns

Katie Johns, EdD, currently serves as the Assistant Principal of Student Services at Gahr High School within ABC Unified School District, a position held since November 2024. Previously, Katie held various roles within CUSD, including Elementary Teaching Assistant Principal and English Language Development Advisor, achieving significant performance improvements through student-centered approaches. Notable accomplishments include an 85% improvement in participant understanding as Vice Principal of Curriculum at Our Lady of Grace School. With a diverse educational background, including a Doctor of Education from the University of Southern California and a Master's in Educational Leadership, Katie contributes extensive experience in instructional development and community engagement to enhance student outcomes.
