Josie Maydon

Josie Maydon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, talent, and performance management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Global Head of Leadership, Talent and Performance at Abcam since June 2018, Josie has spearheaded the development of leadership strategies, talent management processes, and performance management frameworks. Prior roles include Global Head of Learning and Development at Abcam, where Josie focused on aligning talent strategies with business goals, and positions at Mundipharma Research Limited, Plan UK, and United Learning, emphasizing learning, development, and organizational strategy. Josie holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from City University, London, and a BSc in Psychology from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, both with distinction and honors, respectively.
