Laura Wilks has accumulated significant experience in shared services and administration, currently serving as Shared Services Manager at Abcam since April 2017, following roles as Senior Shared Service Specialist and HR Shared Services Specialist. Prior to this, Laura worked at Horizon Discovery from November 2014 to April 2017 as a Front of House Administrator, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and operational support.
