Alex Chempynsky

Alex Chempynsky is an experienced professional in the life sciences and manufacturing systems sectors, currently serving as CSV Manager for Manufacturing Systems at AbCellera since September 2023. Prior to this role, Alex held various positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific, including Manager of Equipment Engineering and Senior Project Manager for CAPEX projects from September 2021 to September 2023. As co-founder and Managing Director of ValiTech from March 2017 to January 2021, Alex led a team providing global consulting services to life science companies. Alex's earlier experience includes a range of roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals from September 2009 to March 2017, such as Validation Specialist and Validation Engineer, focusing on qualifications for critical systems and equipment. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Braude Academic College, obtained between 2012 and 2016, and additional education from Netanya Academic College from 2007 to 2008.
