Julie Garcia

Julie Garcia, PHR, SHRM-CP, has over 25 years of extensive experience in human resources and technical recruitment. Currently serving as an HR Generalist at Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority since May 2014, Julie previously held the position of Sr. HR Generalist at ARA, where responsibilities included multi-state HR support and compliance with employment laws. Javier's recruitment expertise was honed at GAITS and Northrop Grumman Corporation, focusing on IT and technical positions across a diverse client base. Julie began career at Sandia National Laboratories as a Student Intern and Administrative Assistant. Julie holds a BS in Management from the University of Phoenix and an AS from CNM.
