Rachel Stone

Rachel Stone is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in various roles, including the position of Communications Specialist at Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority since September 2019. Prior to this role, Rachel served as Communications Coordinator for the Rocky Mountain APPA Board of Directors from September 2015 to February 2018, and held dual roles at The University of New Mexico as Communication & Outreach Specialist and Special Activities Supervisor from June 2008 to February 2018. Currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration (MPA) at The University of New Mexico, Rachel also holds a BA in Communications with a focus on Mass Communication obtained between 2003 and 2006.
