Kumar Rajiv

Kumar Rajiv has a diverse work experience in the beverage industry. Kumar started their career in 1998 at Shaw Wallace & company Limited as an Executive Blending & QC, where they were responsible for bottling and blending operations. Kumar achieved zero market complaints and high efficiency in alcohol production.

In 2001, they joined Radico Khaitan Limited Rampur as an Assistant Manager Production and successfully achieved the highest production targets for the company in a short period of time.

From 2001 to 2008, they worked at Pernod Ricard as a Manager Blending & QC. During their time there, they handled production operations and contributed to the company's growth.

In 2008, they joined United Spirits Limited as a Senior Manager. Kumar later became the Cluster Head and was responsible for day-to-day operations of factories and achieving operational excellence. Kumar implemented best practices, turned around business results, and achieved high quality scores in the region.

In 2018, they joined Allied Blenders & Distillers Pvt. Ltd. as the Regional Manufacturing Head-North. Their role and responsibilities in this position were not specified.

Kumar Rajiv completed their Associateship in Alcohol Technology from Vasant Dada Sugar Institute in the year 1995. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1994, they obtained a Diploma in Business Administration from Meerut University. Kumar Rajiv started their educational journey at Meerut University in 1989 and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Science with 1st Division in 1992.
