Cipd Nouf Alsadlan

Nouf Alsadlan's work experience includes serving as the Head of HR at Abdulla Fouad Group since April 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Talent Acquisition & Personnel Manager at the same company from February 2021 to April 2022. From January 2016 to February 2021, Nouf held the position of Personnel & Administration Manager at Abdulla Fouad Group, where they oversaw personnel transactions, onboarding, and the implementation and review of policies and contracts. Before joining Abdulla Fouad Group, they worked as the Personnel, Recruitment, and Public Relations Manager at Global Suhaimi Group from November 2007 to November 2015, where they managed HR operations and implemented company policies and procedures, as well as performed public relations duties.

Nouf Alsadlan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they also hold a certification in Leadership Development Program from Cranfield School of Management, which they obtained in December 2019. Furthermore, Nouf Alsadlan has an Associate CIPD - Diploma in Human Resource Practice from CIPD, achieved in January 2018.
