Shahid Rais is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business application development and SAP implementations. Currently serving as Head of Business Application at Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros. Co. W.L.L. since April 2014, Shahid Rais oversees strategic planning, digital transformation projects, and manages a team of over 20 professionals. Previous roles include Manager of Business Application Development and SAP Development Lead positions at Hill Metals Est. and IBM Global Business Services, where Shahid Rais successfully led multiple project life cycles across various industries, including FMCG and automotive. A graduate of the University of the Punjab with a Master's degree in Computer Science, Shahid Rais possesses core technical competencies in SAP ABAP, mobility solutions, and cloud platforms, complemented by a strong foundation in software engineering from earlier career roles.
