Maged Fahmy

Maged Fahmy is a seasoned professional in the real estate and development sector with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President at Abdullah Al Othaim Investment Co. since November 2004 and as Vice President of Business Development at Al Salem Holding since January 2020, Maged has demonstrated a strong capacity in operations and project management. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Othaim Real-estate Investment & Development, where responsibilities encompassed business development and leasing, and significant project oversight in various capacities at notable companies, including World Trade Center and PetroJet Petroleum Projects. Maged holds a Master of Architecture from Ain Shams University, further reinforcing expertise in design, project execution, and property management.
