Pallav Bagla

Pallav Bagla has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Pallav is currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Business Excellence at BetterPlace since June 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at BetterPlace, including Associate Director and Head of Analytics, Group Strategy Manager at OLX People, and Senior Manager of Strategy and Analytics at OLX People. Before joining BetterPlace, Pallav worked at PwC, where they gained experience as a Manager and Senior Consultant, advising and assisting government and public sector clients on strategy and project development. Pallav also has previous experience as a Vocational Trainee at M. N. Dastur & Co. (P) Ltd. and as an Industrial Trainee at Fomento.

Pallav Bagla obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, from 2008 to 2012. Prior to this, they completed their AISSCE (+2) from DAV Public School, Kota, from 2006 to 2008. Pallav Bagla's foundational education was completed at St. Paul's Sr. Sec. School, Kota, where they obtained an AISSE (Matriculation) degree in various subjects including Science, Maths, Social Science, English, and Hindi, from 1994 to 2006. In addition, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2016.
