Anuja Rungachary is the Senior Manager of Human Resources at Abela & Co. Anuja has over nine years of experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, retention, training & development, and organizational development.

Anuja began their career in 2012 as a Human Resources Manager at DreamWorks Animation. In this role, they were responsible for managing the end-to-end HR for the studio, including performance management, compensation & benefits, and leadership development. Anuja also oversaw the new hire induction process and employee support activities. In 2014, they transitioned to Kaplan Professional ME as the Senior Human Resources Manager. In this role, they were responsible for recruitment, new hire orientation, performance management, employee engagement, retention, and training & development.

Anuja is a passionate and driven individual with a commitment to their work and their team. Anuja is always looking for ways to improve processes and create a more positive and productive work environment.

Anuja Rungachary has a background in Fine/Studio Arts, General from their high school years at vissanji girls academy. Anuja went on to get their Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from ICFAI Business School and later completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from Mithibai College.
