Penny Sidhu

Penny Sidhu is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior HR Manager at Avahi since June 2025, Penny previously held positions at Belmar Consulting from September 2020 to June 2025, including HR Manager and Human Resources Generalist, where the HR department was led and employee concerns were managed effectively. Significant contributions include revamping onboarding processes and enhancing team engagement through improved communication strategies. Penny also served as an Associate Salesforce Consultant, delivering project management and support for a not-for-profit client. Additionally, teaching experience was gained as an Instructor of Business Technology at Vancouver Community College and as a Program Assistant at the Beedie School of Business. Penny holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and an exchange semester from the University of Mannheim.
