Natasha Towne

Natasha Towne's work experience begins in 2011 as a Research Biologist at WIL Research. Natasha later became a Lead Research Biologist before leaving in February 2013. From March 2013 to December 2014, they worked as a Research Technician III at Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Institute. Natasha then moved up to the position of Research Technologist from 2015 to 2016 and further became a Senior Research Technologist from 2017 to 2017 at the same institution. In 2018, Natasha joined Charles River Laboratories as a Quality Assurance Auditor for a few months before transitioning to Athersys. At Athersys, they started as a Research Associate I in 2018 and gradually progressed to Research Associate II in 2020, Research Associate III in 2022, and then Senior Research Associate in June 2022. Finally, in October 2022, they joined Cleveland Clinic as a Clinical Research Coordinator and currently holds this position. Additionally, in May 2023, Natasha will also begin working as an Associate Scientist at Abeona Therapeutics.

Natasha Towne obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Chemistry from the University of Mount Union in 2011. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Conneaut High School from 2003 to 2007, earning a General diploma. In 2012, Natasha Towne obtained the Assistant Laboratory Animal Technician (ALAT) certification from the American Association of Laboratory Animal Science.
