Antonio Colicchio brings extensive experience in customer care and operations, currently serving as the VP of Returns, Fraud & Abuse at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. since June 2016, where responsibilities include enhancing customer experience and reducing returns. Previously, Antonio held the position of Vice President for Customer Care & Automation at the same company, leading global contact centers and driving significant cost reductions while improving customer satisfaction. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Victoria's Secret, where strategic planning and tactical operations were managed, and Vice President of Customer Operations at Speed Commerce, overseeing global contact centers. Antonio also played a pivotal role in establishing the customer operations for DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse and has a solid background in financial and operations management from earlier roles at Victoria's Secret. Antonio holds a BA in Economics from John Carroll University and studied at Loyola University Chicago's Rome Center in Italy.
