Kerrii Anderson

Ms. Anderson was the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Wendy’s International, Inc. (now The Wendy’s Company), a restaurant operating and franchising company, until that company merged with a subsidiary of Triarc Companies, Inc. to form Wendy’s/Arby’s Group, Inc. (November 2006 to September 2008). She currently serves on other public company boards, including: (i) Laboratory Corporation of America® Holdings, a global life sciences company (May 2006 to present), Audit Committee (Chair); Nominating and Governance Committee; (ii) Worthington Industries, Inc., a diversified metals manufacturing company (September 2010 to present), Audit Committee, Compensation Committee; and (iii) The Sherwin-Williams Company, a company engaged in the development, manufacture, distribution and sale of paint, coatings and related products (April 2019 to present), Compensation and Management Development Committee.

In the past five years, she has also served on the board of Chiquita Brands International, Inc., a company engaged in producing, marketing and distributing bananas and other produce, until it was acquired by Cavendish Global Limited and became a private company (April 2009 to January 2015), Chairwoman of the Board (October 2012 to January 2015), Nominating and Governance Committee (Chair), Audit Committee.

Ms. Anderson’s key qualifications include the following: Former Senior Executive, Consumer Facing Business Experience, Global Business Experience, Supply Chain and Logistics, Marketing, Operations and Strategy, Technology and Information Security, Environmental and Social, Corporate Governance, Risk Management and Compliance, Accounting and Financial Reporting, and Public Company Board Experience.

Ms. Anderson currently serves as the Chair of A&F Co.’s Audit and Finance Committee and is a member of the Nominating and Board Governance Committee.
