Steven Gunn has been working in various roles at Aberdeen Football Club since June 2000, starting as a Football Assistant and working their way up to become the Director of Football Operations in November 2017. Steven completed their BA (Hons) Business Studies at Robert Gordon University in 2002 and later pursued a PgDip in HR Management at the same university from 2007 to 2009.
