Phil Radley

Phil Radley has a diverse work experience in the legal and sports industry. Phil started their career in 2004 as a Trainee Solicitor at Hill Dickinson LLP and later worked as an Associate Solicitor at IPS Law LLP from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, they became the Chief Operating Officer at KMA until 2011. From 2012 to 2022, they worked as a Sports and Media Consultant at McHale & Co Solicitors. During this time, they also served as the Director and FA Intermediary at Spirit 7 Limited from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Right to Dream as the Group Legal Counsel and later became the Chief Operating Officer at FC Nordsjaelland. Phil Radley's expertise and experience in both legal and sports management roles make him a valuable asset to any organization.

Phil Radley attended Liverpool John Moores University and obtained a degree in Law. After completing their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at the Collage of Law to pursue a Legal Practice Course.
