Melinda Maluga

Melinda Maluga, SPHR, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at APG Federal Credit Union since January 2014, overseeing policies and procedures in payroll, talent management, and employee relations for one of Maryland's largest credit unions. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager of HR Business Partners/Administrative Vice President at M&T Bank, where human resources supported a major US commercial bank holding company. Melinda's career began at Toys R Us, progressing through roles such as Director of Human Resources and Regional Director of Human Resources for Distribution and Logistics, where Melinda managed talent and compliance for multiple locations. Melinda holds a Bachelor's degree from Illinois State University and completed the Executive Leadership Program at Columbia University.
