Mandar Phadke

Mandar Phadke has over 30 years of experience in the engineering industry. Mandar began their career in 1990 as a Management Trainee in the Engineering department (Instrumentation section) at Herdillia Chemicals Limited. In 1996, they moved to Bayer as a Manager of Process Control. In 2004, they became the Head of Process Control (Electrical & Instrumentation) at LANXESS, where they were responsible for setting up a grassroots chemical plant. In 2012, they became the Country Manager (Managing Director) for Risknowlogy Solutions Pvt Ltd, a Swiss multinational company in the field of Risk, Reliability and Safety Consulting and Certification. Finally, in 2010, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Abhisam Software, where they were responsible for the company's growth and profitability, as well as introducing new products and services in existing and new markets.

Mandar Phadke obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation from the University of Mumbai between 1986 and 1990. Mandar then went on to earn an MBA in Management from La Trobe University between 2006 and 2008. In 2011, they received a Functional Safety Professional (FSP) certification from TUV. In 2016, they received a Functional Safety Expert certification from Risknowlogy.
