Candelaria Mosquera

Candelaria Mosquera's work experience includes a role as a Machine Learning Engineer at Abi Global Health starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at the Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires from 2017 to 2023. During their time there, they held multiple roles, including Python Developer, AI Researcher, and Computer Vision Engineer. Candelaria was involved in projects incorporating AI into clinical workflows and a multidisciplinary group focused on the development and use of technology for computer-assisted surgery. Additionally, Mosquera worked as a Docente in "Redes Neuronales en Bioingenieria" at Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires from 2019 to 2021. Candelaria also worked at JOTATEC in 2018 as a Designer and Developer, where they contributed to software development for cardiac diagnostic products. Earlier in their career, they were involved in Quality Management and Engineering at Micromed System from 2016 to 2018, where they focused on certifications and maintaining the quality management system.

Candelaria Mosquera's education history is as follows. Candelaria attended Florida Day School from 1998 to 2011, where they completed their Bachillerato Bilingüe degree in the field of Humanidades/Estudios humanísticos. In 2012, they enrolled at Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires and pursued a Grado en Ingeniería degree in the field of Bioingeniería e ingeniería biomédica, which they completed in 2018. During their time at Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, Candelaria Mosquera participated in an academic exchange program and studied at Université catholique de Louvain in 2016, focusing on Ingeniería biomédica. Starting from 2019, they are currently pursuing their Doctorado en Procesamiento de Señales e Imágenes degree with a specialization in Inteligencia artificial at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
