Patrice Kloss

Patrice Kloss has worked as a partner for both Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly and Fox Rothschild LLP. She has more than 20 years of legal experience, specializing as a corporate transactional attorney with an emphasis on representing medical technology companies and other emerging businesses.

Patrice advises Abilitech Medical on corporate matters, including financings. She has a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Minnesota and a J.D. from William Mitchell College.
