Abilities First
McKay Doran is a dedicated professional in the field of support and behavioral therapy, currently working as a Support Coordinator at Abilities First since January 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Behavioral Therapist at Behavioral Innovations and as an Instructor and Program Assistant at My Possibilities. McKay also served as a Caretaker for two boys with cerebral palsy, providing essential daily support. Notably, McKay has extensive experience with special needs children, having spent four summers at Camp Barnabas, where leadership skills were developed while providing 1-on-1 support to a child with autism. McKay holds a Bachelor of Education in Child and Family Studies from Baylor University, earned between 2015 and 2018.

Abilities First is an organization that promotes inclusive opportunities for people with developmental disabilities. We believe that everyone has abilities and by ensuring that people have the opportunity to use their abilities, we make our community better for all of us. Abilities First uses public and private funds to support the choices of individuals with developmental disabilities in Greene County to live, work, play, be active, and productive in meaningful ways for our community.
