Rachel Walder

Rachel Walder has a diverse range of experience in the healthcare and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Restricted Recipient Program Support Coordinator at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since February 2018, Rachel has also held positions as a Third Party Liability Associate and Subrogation Associate, Senior. Prior to this, Rachel worked at UnitedHealth Group as a Recovery Resolutions Investigator and Health Advisor, managing subrogation cases and assisting members with inquiries regarding benefits and claims. Additional experience includes customer service roles at Customer Traac and Eden Prairie High School, as well as food service and counseling positions at Friendship Ventures and Adath Preschool. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Food and Nutrition from Bradley University.
