Maren has held various human resources and managerial roles at Ability Beyond, Marist College, and Harrison Physical Therapy, P.C. Maren is currently serving as the Director of People - Talent Acquisition & Talent Development at Ability Beyond. Maren also has experience as a Head Coach for the Marist College Women's Rugby team. Maren holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Marist College and a specialization/certification in Leading People and Teams from the University of Michigan.
