Tiana Johnson is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in customer support and care provision. As a Product Support Specialist at Digi International since September 2023, Tiana is focused on delivering effective product assistance. Simultaneously, Tiana has served as a Direct Support Professional at Ability Beyond since March 2021, implementing behavioral management care plans for individuals with various disabilities.
