Kelly Kean

Kelly Kean is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR operations and people management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of HR Operations at Ability Options since August 2021, Kelly previously held the position of Executive Leader of People & Culture at Thorndale Foundation from May 2020 to August 2021. An extensive career includes a tenure as Human Resources Advisor at CareFlight from June 2009 to May 2020 and earlier roles in human resources at Thomsons Lawyers from November 1997 to June 2009. Kelly holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from TAFE NSW, earned between 1998 and 2000.
