Renay Eade Gaicd

Renay Eade GAICD has a diverse work experience in various roles within the disability and community services sector. Renay is currently working at Ability WA as the Chief Quality and Governance Officer, a position they started in October 2021. Previously, Renay held the role of Senior Business Lead at Ability WA from February 2020 to October 2021. Before that, they served as the Strategic Lead, Projects from January 2019 to January 2020. Renay also worked as the Manager, Community Services from March 2010 to December 2018 and as the Coordinator of the Children's Respite Service from July 2006 to February 2010. Renay'scareer in the field started as a Team Leader/Support Worker in January 2000, where they worked until June 2006.

In addition to their work at Ability WA, Renay also served as a Non-Executive Director at Carers WA starting in May 2018. Carers WA is the peak body representing unpaid carers in Western Australia, providing advocacy and support services to improve the quality of life for carers.

Currently, they are pursuing a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, scheduled to be completed in 2023.
