Operations Manager, US at Abingworth

Gwen Kinard is currently the Operations Manager for Abingworth in the US. Prior to this, they were the Office Manager and Executive Assistant for Trinity Ventures from April 2014 to May 2016. In this role, they provided administrative support for two partners, including calendaring and travel arrangements. Gwen also worked with the finance team by managing communication to Limited Partners, updating and maintaining LP information on eFront, and assisting with LP distributions and capital calls. Gwen also processed T&E submissions and approvals, while assisting the controller with proper accounting codes for all transactions. Kinard additionally planned and coordinated quarterly board meetings, team building events, and holiday parties. Gwen maintained relationships with company vendors, office equipment and supplies providers, and ensured that the kitchen was fully stocked and that office lunches were ordered. Finally, they used their notary certification on patent and legal documents.

Gwen Kinard has a business administration and management degree from Parkland College and a business administration and management degree from Mohawk Valley Community College.

They work with Brian Gallagher - Partner, Bali Muralidhar - Managing Partner, and Paige Richards - Reception & Team Assistant. Their manager is Tim Haines, Chairman & Managing Partner.
