Ken Kasica

Ken Kasica, PharmD, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several pharmaceutical companies. Ken started their career at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where they held various positions for 15 years. Ken then moved on to Centocor / JNJ as a District Manager for four years before joining Aventis as an Area Business Manager. After that, they worked at CV Therapeutics in roles such as Division Sales Manager and Medical Science Liaison. In 2009, they joined Gilead Sciences as the Director of Medical Sciences. Currently, they are working at Abiomed, where they have held positions such as Director of Clinical Applications and Global Director of Clinical Marketing.

Ken Kasica, PharmD, MBA, completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pharmacy at Rutgers University from 1982 to 1987. Ken then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance at Rutgers University from 1989 to 1992. In 2001 to 2004, Ken earned their Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Currently, they are attending Tufts University School of Medicine, where they are expected to receive a Graduate Certificate in Health Economics and Outcomes Research in 2024. Ken also holds an additional certification in "Generative AI for Everyone" from DeepLearning.AI, obtained in 2023.
