Sylvia Hao

Sylvia Hao has significant experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on marketing and education. Sylvia is currently the Associate Marketing Director at Abiomed, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, Sylvia worked at Stryker as the Senior Marketing Manager for the Asia Pacific region from January 2020 to July 2023. Sylvia also held various roles at Stryker, including AIS Marketing Manager, Therapy and Education Manager for Greater China, and Training Manager for Greater China. Before joining Stryker, Sylvia worked at Boston Scientific as the Professional Education Manager and Territory Sales Manager from March 2013 to February 2016. Their career in the medical device industry began at Johnson & Johnson, where they worked as a Key Account Manager from March 2009 to March 2013.

Sylvia Hao received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from China University of Political Science and Law from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Microbiology from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2006 to 2009. Sylvia also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from China Agricultural University, which they completed from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, Sylvia Hao has completed the Stryker's Asia Pacific Harvard Leadership Program at Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in 2022.
