Alex Tessier

Alex Tessier is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in corporate finance and development across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President Finance at Abipa Canada Inc. since August 2021, Alex leads finance, accounting, investor relations, and risk management for the company and its international subsidiaries. Previously, Alex held significant roles at REKRUTI SOLUTIONS INC as Chairman of the Advisory Committee, FLS Transportation Services as Vice President of Corporate Development, and Cogeco Inc. in multiple vice president positions, where responsibilities included strategic direction, M&A leadership, and financial oversight. Alex began a professional journey in finance with positions at CIBC World Markets and Export Development Canada, complemented by an MBA in Finance from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Université Laval.
