Rafay Raza has been working in the field of Human Resources & Administration for several years. With a Master of Business Administration from Karachi Institute of Economics & Technology, Rafay has held roles at companies such as ABL Funds, Dahlawi Group of Companies, and Standard Chartered Bank. In their current role as Senior Manager at ABL Funds, Rafay has successfully led HR operations, implemented HRIS systems, managed payroll, and enhanced new hire quality and employee retention rates. Prior to this, Rafay has also been involved in recruitment & selection, general administration, and providing customer service at various organizations.
