Juan Gonzalez

Juan Gonzalez, MBA, is an experienced financial professional currently serving as a Small Business Asset Manager and National Underwriter at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) since July 2021, overseeing a small business loans portfolio across 19 markets in the United States and Puerto Rico. Additionally, Juan serves as a Board Member for Able Made, actively advocating for the organization’s mission. Previously, Juan worked as a Senior Loan Officer at Accompany Capital, where business development and underwriting of small business loans were key responsibilities, resulting in a substantial loan portfolio. Prior experience includes a position at Popular as a Financial Analyst and Authorized Signature, focusing on credit management for construction loans in Puerto Rico. Juan holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Universidad del Turabo, an MBA in Finance from Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Inter American University of Puerto Rico-Guayama.
