Howard Hibbs

Howard Hibbs possesses extensive experience in financial literacy, risk management, and youth mentorship. Currently serving as a FutureProfits Instructor at Able Works since 2015, Howard teaches financial literacy and life skills at Sequoia High School and Carlmont High School, while also assisting with curriculum development. Previously, Howard worked as a Risk Management Consultant at Wells Fargo from 2008 to 2016, leading the development of a new Stress Test reporting system and conducting training sessions for internal audit staff. As a Youth Ministry Leader at Central Peninsula Church for 18 years, Howard taught biblical principles and fostered relationships with youth. Additionally, Howard served as Vice President and Manager of Credit Reporting and Analysis at Greater Bay Bank, overseeing credit reporting and asset quality analysis from 2006 to 2008. Howard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Arizona State University, earned in 1981.
