Aroha Harawira

Aroha Harawira is a seasoned marketing and music industry professional with extensive experience in various key roles. Currently serving as the Global Head of Local Marketing at Ableton since December 2017, Aroha has also held positions such as Head of Content & Communities APAC and Brand Manager for Australia & New Zealand. As a DJ and music producer, Aroha has established a notable presence in the dance/electronic music scene, headlining major festivals and supporting renowned artists. Previous experience includes on-air hosting and producing for George FM, sales and marketing at Serato Inc., and significant roles at Radio New Zealand and 95bFM Campus Radio. Aroha holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Recording Arts Technology from Middlesex University and a Diploma in Audio Engineering from SAE Institute New Zealand.
