Christian Sturm

Christian Sturm is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in organizational leadership and financial management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Director of People and Finance at Ableton since February 2010, Christian leads the People and Finance Unit, which comprises five teams: Human Resources, Accounting, Controlling, Logistics, and Office. Prior to this, Christian held roles as Manager of Controlling and as a Trainee in Controlling, Accounting, and Logistics. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from The University of Tulsa, where Christian also served as a Graduate Assistant in the International Business and Entrepreneurship Institute. Previous consulting experience includes a project for Volkswagen in Germany, focused on cost analysis methods, as well as a consultancy role at Hestal.
