Karen Headley serves as the Vice President of Partnerships & Philanthropy at Donate Life America since December 2012, where leadership has resulted in significant fundraising success and enhanced organizational capacity. Prior to this role, Karen was the National Development Director at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, holding various positions including Deputy Executive Director, with responsibilities in strategic direction and chapter operations. Karen also managed national fundraising campaigns, achieving substantial revenue growth in previous roles as National Manager and Senior Campaign Director. Earlier career experiences include positions at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, MicroStrategy, American Cancer Society, and Aerotek Commercial Staffing. Karen earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the UVA McIntire School of Commerce.
