Sr. Manager Customer Care and Sales Operations at ABM Respiratory Care

Melissa Eldien has worked in customer care and sales operations for over 20 years. Melissa began their career in 1997 as a Customer Service Supervisor/Trainer for Hill-Rom, fka Advanced Respiratory. In 2005, they moved to Deluxe Corporation as a Sr. Sales Trainer. In 2007, they joined Enova Medical as a Customer Service Manager/Sales Trainer. In 2010, they started at Boston Scientific as a Sr. Operations Training Specialist. In 2012, they became a Customer Care Manager at RespirTech. In 2016, they were a Customer Care Operations Manager at Cogentix Medical, Inc. Most recently, in 2021, they began their role as a Sr. Manager Customer Care and Sales Operations at ABM Respiratory Care.

Melissa Eldien attended the University of St. Thomas, where they completed their Leadership and Management Program 2015 and Trainer Certification. Melissa also attended St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Communication/Education.
