Arjoen Kikkert currently serves as the Content Strategy Lead at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. since January 2022, following a diverse career that includes roles at Informaat as a Content Engineer, UX Consultant, and Content Strategist since May 2008. Previous experiences include positions as a Content Researcher at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and Wageningen University & Research, and as a Content Engineer at Bureau Spoorbouwmeester. Arjoen has also contributed to agile portfolio management at ABN AMRO Digital Banking and held project management positions at LVNL, Rijkswaterstaat, and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management. Kikkert's academic background includes a Master's degree in Dutch Language and Literature from Radboud University, attained in 2005.
