Auke Ijsselstein

Auke IJsselstein is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR Strategy & Risk Office at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. since March 2007. Auke's expertise includes defining and monitoring HR strategies, performance management, and HR analytics with a focus on the impact of HR initiatives on business performance.
