Kai Sheng Keng is a Strategy Execution and Implementation Consultant at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. since June 2024. Previously, as a Senior Consultant at Nous Group from February 2022 to February 2024, Kai Sheng led key projects, including the implementation of a new operating model for enhancing sales and marketing capabilities. Other roles include Customer Advocacy Lead at Telstra, where Kai Sheng provided mentorship and training, Sales Consultant at Optus with a top ranking in customer satisfaction, a Summer Intern at Accenture focusing on mobile application development, an Undergraduate Student Researcher at the Australian Regenerative Medicine Institute, and a Retail Sales Associate at Vodafone. Kai Sheng holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics and Econometrics and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer System Engineering, both from Monash University.
