Tom Sinclair

Tom Sinclair is the Associate Director of Corporate Finance at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., having been promoted from the position of Senior Associate within the firm. Previously, Tom served as an Investment Banking Associate at Henslow, focusing on ECM and Equity Research, and was an Associate in the Equity Capital Markets team at Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Banking. Tom also gained valuable experience as a Senior Associate at EY, working in Assurance and Transaction Diligence. In addition to a successful finance career, Tom was an athlete representing Hockey Australia in the Indoor World Cup in Leipzig and Berlin from 2015 to 2018. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University, and completed a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting and an exchange scholarship in German Language & Literature.
