Holly Benson

Holly Benson is the President and CEO at Abode Communities, a role they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as Chief Operating Officer at the same organization from 2016 to 2022 and have held various positions in the housing sector, including Project Manager at Mercy Housing and Housing Administrator for the County of Orange. Holly began their career as an intern at Sheppard Associates and worked as a Community Development Specialist at Rural California Housing Corporation before transitioning into research and project management roles. They earned their educational foundation at UCLA, where they studied from 1985 to 1989.
