Dr. Juana Nunley

Dr. Juana Nunley, PhD, CPO, ARM, currently serves as a Real Estate Broker Associate at Munmon Real Estate and has extensive experience in property management and leadership roles. Since November 2016, Nunley has held multiple senior positions at Abode Services, including Chief Property Management Officer and Vice President of Property & Asset Management, where responsibilities include overseeing property management operations and directing financial planning. Previous roles include Director of Property Management at Community Housing Partnership, with accountability for 13 supportive housing communities, and various property management positions across organizations such as Community Housing Development Corporation and Citizens Housing Corporation. Dr. Nunley’s educational background includes a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership and dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Public Administration from the University of Phoenix, along with a degree in Business Management, Finance, and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
