Reshma is a seasoned real estate and business consultant who has extensive experience in property management, having managed multiple commercial and residential properties while successfully maximizing their long-term income potential. Her many successes include increasing the occupancy of a Bay Area commercial office building from 30 percent to nearly 100 percent. She also has rich experience in accounting, negotiating leases and vendor contracts, and overseeing maintenance and repairs for commercial and residential properties. She earned a Certified Public Accountant designation in her years in public accounting and obtained valuable experience in auditing public, private, and governmental organizations. Reshma is a community-minded resident who believes in giving back. She has co-founded two organizations dedicated to preventing domestic violence and served on advisory boards and committees for multiple citizen groups. She also served multiple terms as a board member and president for the League of Women of Voters of Fremont, Newark, and Union City. She currently volunteers on Abode Services’ Finance Committee.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Letters and Science from UC Berkeley, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Cal State University, Hayward.
