Andrea Alcala is a highly experienced data scientist with a strong background in utilizing supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms to address business challenges. Currently employed at Aboitiz Data Innovation since August 2022, Andrea previously held similar positions at UnionDigital Bank and Globe Telecom, contributing to data management and analysis through data ingestion and cleaning. Andrea's early career included a role as a Case Team Assistant at The Boston Consulting Group and as an Account Executive at Kantar Worldpanel, where client marketing strategies were enhanced through data interpretation. Andrea gained foundational experience as a Corporate and Financial Institutions Lending Intern at ING. Andrea holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines and completed earlier education at Assumption College, San Lorenzo.
