Carlos Pagdanganan

Carlos Pagdanganan is currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Aboitiz Group since April 2024. Prior to this role, Carlos worked as Legal Counsel at Metro Pacific Water from March 2020 to April 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing legal requirements and preparing transaction documents for business expansion and corporate restructuring. Carlos also held various legal positions at Zamora & Poblador Law Office from February 2017 to March 2020, focusing on civil, criminal, and commercial litigation, as well as corporate and labor law. Carlos earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of the Philippines in 2016, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from the same university in 2012, and a degree in Secondary Education from Ateneo de Manila University in 2007.
